Sustain robust, timely, and innovative programming that prepares our students for exciting (and even unpredictable) futures.

Amplify the K-12 STEM program through relevant coursework, co-curricular initiatives, and extracurricular activities.

Provide engaging ways of teaching and learning through project-based learning, multi-modal storytelling approaches, and immersive learning experiences.

Integrate innovative approaches seamlessly with traditional curricular strengths and core academic disciplines, emphasizing vigorous college preparation while allowing students to explore their passions.

Offer a comprehensive, intentional leadership framework that prepares our students to lead, thoughtfully and bravely, in a challenging future.

Define and communicate BGA’s distinctive and differentiating approach to nurturing leadership skills and abilities.

Foster crucial universal leadership skills while also honoring each student’s individual interests, talents, and passions.

Offer students experiential opportunities, within and beyond the BGA community, to develop essential mindsets, skills, and habits.

C.

Equip students with critical cultural competencies and global perspectives, supporting both continual personal growth and eventual professional success.

Encourage global perspective, inspire respectful curiosity across cultures, and hone geopolitical awareness within the context of our current curriculum and program.

Expand opportunities for travel, experiential learning, and personal exploration and growth outside of school.

Provide developmentally appropriate experiences that contribute to positive discourse, celebrate diverse perspectives, and work across differences.
